We know at this time you may encounter some broken links, dead ends, grammar and spelling errors, as we work our way to the new look for our site. It seems that the good Lord has seen fit to allow to company to grow to a point were it has become necessary to make some changes to a few things. Many of you may have noticed that each customer has been given an account number. This is not because you are not remembered personally, it just means that each of you can now be known by all of us here, and the things you have made special note of, so it can be kept in your file so that all of us can know you. A year ago, this is something that was not taken into account as it was thought that the increase the Lord provided would have been as great as it has been. So we are now also looking much further, than a few months or years, with each business plan we discuss. We can only give thanks to Him for the current growth, and Hope that He continues to bless us in this manner. There are also some other issues we are currently addressing so please bear with us and call for an appointment.
We maintain that quality does not always mean expensive. Every job we do is approached with the idea in mind that customer satisfaction means we have to be confident that it would be something we ourselves would be please with. What does this mean? We do not waist our funds on expensive advertising campaigns. We do reward our customers with a discount with any referrals they have sent. After all, if we do our job right, why not thank those that are thankful for the work we have done properly.
We are confident that should you have a need for a computer repair, upgrade, install, a personal web server, or custom built PC, one of our services or more may be just what you have been looking for. As you browse our site and you find yourself with a question please ask.
We are not a retailer, but rather a service company. This is so that we may keep our overhead low and have found this enables us to keep our cost to you lower, and lets you do the shopping for the parts that you may require to get the best price. However, we do have a stock of parts that are cosigned as well as a few systems as well.
Though we extend our best effort to keep this site as useful and informative as possible, we admit, we cannot always cover all questions that may come up.
